Please note that this is merely an estimate and we recommend calling your insurance to verify. If no results are returned, you most likely do not have a plan that provides reimbursement of our services.

Please be aware that there is a $25 setup fee for this service. Our role is only to submit your statements for potential reimbursement on your behalf, rather than you submitting them yourself. We do not guarantee reimbursement, as that decision is entirely up to your insurance company. While we can provide guidance on how to ask the right questions, you are fully responsible for addressing any claim denials or issues directly with your insurer.
For added convenience, we offer a service through Reimbursify, a HIPAA-compliant platform that submits your statement for potential reimbursement directly to your insurance company on your behalf.
After you pay for your sessions in full at the time of service, you have two options: you can submit your statement yourself, or we can handle the submission for you. This service is designed to save you time and effort, providing a hassle-free experience for those who prefer it.
Please note that there is a one-time $25 setup fee for us to submit your statements on your behalf.
Step 1: Attend and pay for your therapy session
After you attend your first session and subsequent sessions, the card you have on file will be charged automatically unless revoked.
Step 2: Retrieve your Statement for Reimbursement
There are three different ways to submit your Statement of Reimbursement to your insurance company:
Directly through your insurance company's portal or procedure.
By using our partner, Reimbursify, to submit and monitor claims. You can do this by visiting their website or downloading their app.

Step 3: Submit your Statement for Reimbursement
There are two ways to submit your Statement of Reimbursement to your insurance company:
1. Directly through your insurance company's portal or procedure.
2. By allowing us to submit through Reimbursify for you. If this option appeals to you, kindly reach out to our Clinical Coordinator at billing@sohointegrative.com and we will provide the next steps to enrolling you. Step 4: Get reimbursed for the services we provide
If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, most insurance companies will send you a reimbursement check within 2-4 weeks after submission.
If you have authorized us to submit claims through Reimbursify on your behalf, you can track all submissions directly in your Reimbursify app. We only have access to the same information that you see in your app. This means we can both confirm that our statement was submitted to them, but we do not have visibility into whether your insurance company is processing it, approving it, or denying it.
Problems with Your Insurance Reimbursement?
Please call your insurance company directly to ask why your claim was denied, as they typically only share this information with you, the patient—not with us as the provider.
In most cases, denials happen because you have not met your deductible or do not have out-of-network benefits. Your insurance company can confirm if this is the reason.
Only if your insurance company tells you that there is a problem with the statement we submitted should you contact us at billing@sohointegrative.com. This is rare, but if it happens, we are happy to assist.
