To make the reimbursement process easier, we partner with Reimbursify, a HIPAA-compliant platform that submits your statements for reimbursement directly to your insurance company on your behalf.
After you pay for your sessions in full at the time of service, Reimbursify handles the submission and allows you to track the status of your reimbursement. While you have the option to submit requests yourself, we provide this service at no extra cost for a more convenient experience.
Step 1: Attend and pay for your therapy session
After you attend your first session and subsequent sessions, the card you have on file will be charged automatically unless revoked.
Step 2: Retrieve your Statement for Reimbursement
There are three different ways to submit your Statement of Reimbursement to your insurance company:
Directly through your insurance company's portal or procedure.
By using our partner, Reimbursify, to submit and monitor claims. You can do this by visiting their website or downloading their app.

By allowing us to submit through Reimbursify for you. If this option appeals to you, kindly reach out to our Clinical Coordinator at billing@sohointegrative.com and we will provide the next steps to enrolling you.
Step 3: Submit your Statement for Reimbursement
There are two ways to submit your Statement of Reimbursement to your insurance company:
1. Directly through your insurance company's portal or procedure.
2. By allowing us to submit through Reimbursify for you. If this option appeals to you, kindly reach out to our Clinical Coordinator at billing@sohointegrative.com and we will provide the next steps to enrolling you.
Step 4: Get reimbursed for the services we provide
If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, most insurance companies will send you a reimbursement check within 2-4 weeks after submission.
If you authorized us to submit through Reimbursify on your behalf, you will be able to monitor what we have submitted through the Reimbursify app.
